Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

Cswe holds two permanently restricted endowment funds. The corpus of each fund must be held in perpetuity, while the investment earnings from the funds may be used to satisfy the donor's specified purposes in accordance with the board's endowment spending policy. Proceeds from one fund are used to foster interaction with the global social work community and to formulate projects designed to further our global awareness and vision for social work education and practice. Proceeds from the other fund are used to support an annual international lecture.

PART X, LINE 2:

For the year ended june 30, 2015, the council has documented its consideration of fasb asc 740-10, income taxes, that provides guidance for reporting uncertainty in income taxes and has determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
