Consequently, such by-laws and de facto organizational operations ordinarily obviate any need for practical concerns about possible violations committed by members of the board for icrd. Because we are a relatively small organization, such scrutiny is practicable as well as achievable. Inappropriate financial transactions of any type between board members, officers, or employees - or any family relationships of same - would be quickly and obviously recognized, prohibited, and thus easily avoided. Employing personal and professional moral and ethical rectitude is part and parcel of who we are and what we do at the icrd. Such integrity permits success in our organizational aims and goals, and any violations cannot and will not be countenanced.”
