“Program Changes: All public concerts,in-school music education programs, community engagement activities and donor stewardship events were cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions in our community. Where possible, digital programming using archival and recorded content replaced live events.”

“Conflict of Interest Disclosure Forms are distributed to all board and staff members at the Corporate Annual Meeting each May, and must be returned with original signatures to The Executive Committee within 30 days. Disclosures involving directors (none to date) would be sent to the Board President. Staff disclosures (none yet) would be sent to the Executive Director. The Board of Directors or the Executive Committee, acting on the board's behalf, would determine if a conflict of interest exists and whether or not the contemplated transaction is reasonable and transparent. Additionally, staff salaries and possible merit-based bonuses are reviewed and discussed annually by the Personnel and Executive Committees. Compensation decisions are made by these two committees and communicated first to the Finance Committee for incorporation into the annual operating budget and then to the full Board of Directors.”

Shedule D is completed with data provided by the University of Virginia Investment Management Company and The Director of the University of Virginia Fund who is a CPA and who reviews Schedule D information prior to submission.”
