The mission of the arlington partnership for affordable housing (apah) is to develop, preserve, own and advocate for quality affordable housing in arlington, and to promote opportunity for our residents through partnerships and programs. Our vision is for a diverse and inclusive, transit-oriented, sustainable community that welcomes and values all residents.
