Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

All board members must disclose any existing conflicts of interest, and those board members must then recuse themselves from any discussion of a matter in which a conflict exists. Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The organization has not changed either its audit oversight process or the independent accountant selection process.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization adopted the recognition requirements for uncertain income tax positions as required by generally accepted accounting principles. Income tax benefits are recognized for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, only when it is determined that the income tax position will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The organization is not currently under examination by any taxing jurisdictions. The organization's federal and state tax returns are generally open for examination for three years following the date filed.
