“The organization delegated control over the management duties to the association of community cancer centers (accc) for the months of january through july 2024. Prior to the signing of the agreement, an independent comparison of the management fee was conducted and approval of the management firm's fee was was obtained from all board members. The decision to sign the agreement was documented in the organization's board meeting minutes. The amount paid to accc during 2024 was 51,405. Starting in august a new management organization, blueprints, was hired under the same procedures above. The amount paid to blueprints during 2024 was 45,781.”
