On june 24, 2021, the corporation was assigned kate's trace limited partnership's property management agreement with drucker & falk, llc, an unrelated third party. Under the terms of the agreement, the corporation is required to pay monthly management fees equal to the greater of $3,000 or 5.25% of effective gross income, as defined. For the year ended december 31, 2024, management fees of $65,282, were incurred and paid.
