“Governing body the president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, immediate past president and chairperson of the board of directors of the association shall constitute the executive committee. The executive committee shall have the authority to act on behalf of the association between regular meetings of the directors. The board of directors must validate the actions of the executive committee at its next regular or special meeting. Any such action not so validated willl not be legally binding on the association. The chairperson of the board of directors shall act as chairperson of the executive committee. A majority of the executive committee shall be by majority of those present unless otherwise requested by the chairperson of the board of directors. Availability of governing documents all governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the attendees of the annual general meeting held during the national conference. Additionally, requests for this information can be made directly to the national office in writing via u.s. Mail, e-mail or fax. Review of tax return the tax return is presented to the board of directors for review at a quarterly meeting prior to the due date of the return.”

AVAILABILITY OF GOVERNING DOCUMENTS ALL GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE ATTENDEES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD DURING THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE. ADDITIONALLY, REQUESTS FOR THIS INFORMATION CAN BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE IN WRITING VIA U.S. MAIL, E-MAIL OR FAX. REVIEW OF TAX RETURN THE TAX RETURN IS PRESENTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR REVIEW AT A QUARTERLY MEETING PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE OF THE RETURN.
