Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

“The Financial Accounting Standards Board issued guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management evaluated the Organizations' tax positions and concluded that the Organizations had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the consolidated financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. With few exceptions, the Organizations are no longer subject to income tax examinations by the taxing authorities for years ending before June 30, 2015.”

We track and provide you with updates on legislation of interest to architects.-We sponsor a Political Action Committee that supports legislators (on a non-partisan basis) who have been identified as friends of the profession.-We encourage Citizen Architects by supporting volunteer, elected, and appointed leadership service within government, civic and charitable organizations.
