“The organization has members who are representatives of businesses who are in the trades represented by the association. Each member has the right to attend and participate in all business meetings, vote at the meetings, run for election to the governing board and hold office in the association. There is one vote per member with no one member having any special privileges.”

“Members of the governing body are elected at a general meeting of the organization membership. Anyone that is a member in good standing of the organization is eligible to be elected to and hold office in the governing body.”

“The members hold an annual business meeting at which they ratify, approve or direct the governing body concerning finances and other activities of the association.”

“The form 990 tax return is prepared from the annual financial statements which are reviewed and approved by the governing body. The form 990 tax return is not reviewed by the governing body prior to it being filed with the internal revenue service. It is presented and is available for review after it has been filed.”

“Documents are available to the public upon request. Annual reports and incorporation documents are filed or updated annually with the state corporation commission where the public has access to the records. No attempt is made to distribute or circulate publically any of the specific documents related to the finances or policies of the organization. Any board member can be contacted should anyone want to request such information.”

“Effective september 30, 2022 the organization ceased operations. Final cash balance of 4,393.70 will be distributed to exempt organizations within 90 days.”
