Accounting for uncertainty in income taxes Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic 740 (ASC740), Income Taxes, prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, and provides guidance on recognition, classification, interest and penalties, disclosure, and transition. It is management's belief that the Corporation does not hold any uncertain tax position. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. At a minimum, the June 30, 2014 through 2016 tax years are open for examination by taxing authorities.

It is management's belief that the Corporation does not hold any uncertain tax position. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. At a minimum, the June 30, 2014 through 2016 tax years are open for examination by taxing authorities.
