“Management delegated mvma is managed by pa veterinary medical association pvmaas an independent contractor. Mvma maintains its headquarters at pvma offices located in hummelstown, pa 17036. All staff members of mvma are contracted by pvma and are provided to mvma on an as needed basis. Mvma and pvma have a contract agreement that defines the responsibilities of the management firm. A management fee is negotiated that covers the cost of the mvma executive director, support staff, office space and equipment.”
