However, that person is required to provide the board or applicable committee with any and all relevant information on the particular matter before the discussion and decision by the board or applicable committee.”

The compensation review took place in december 2023. Senior management compensation is benchmarked using comparative data from purchased salary surveys. Final salary decisions for senior management salaries are made by the executive director in consultation with senior director, talent management.”
