Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

There has been no change in the process from the prior year.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization adopted fasb asc 740-10, income taxes. It prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken, or expected to be taken, in a tax return and provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties and disclosures required. The organization recognizes interest and penalties, if any, related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense. The adoption had no impact on the financial statements. The organizations' tax returns are subject to possible examination by the taxing authorities. For federal and state income tax purposes the tax returns essentially remain open for possible examination for a period of three years after the date on which the return is filed.
