Center for workforce inclusion, inc. (cwi), was incorporated in 1962, as a not-for-profit organization. Cwi's primary mission is to connect experienced americans, especially low income and disadvantaged adults, with employers in all 50 states to ensure a vibrant, diverse, and productive workforce. In this regard, cwi involves itself in activities to determine how experienced workers may be assisted, primarily through employment, toward a positive role of worthwhile and valued contribution to society. Cwi's primary source of funding is through agreements with various u.s. Government departments or agencies.
