The form 990 is initially reviewed by the executive director. After the initial review, the executive director presents the form 990 to the board and the form is reviewed and discussed as a group. Any questions or issues are discussed with the return preparer. Once the board and the executive director are satisfied with the form 990, the return is approved by the board and is signed and filed by the executive director.

Signed forms concerning the conflict of interest policy are kept on record in the company manual. These forms are reviewed when the board elects the board president. If conflicts arise, employees must request permission from the executive director before offering any services to other agencies to determine if a conflict exists. Potential conflicts concerning the executive director are brought before the board of directors for review and approval.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED HELP VIA FORM OF PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, AND ON-SITE VISITS TO 490 PEOPLE.
