The fund's board of directors manages and oversees the eligibility and award selection process. In 2024, all scholarship awards were administered in conjunction with the following public charities: scholarship america, national fallen firefighters foundation (nfff), and the concerns of police survivors (cops). During the year, the fund provided $3,000, $56,000 and $41,252, respectively, to these organizations to fund scholarships for 43 individual recipients.
