Beaverbook Homes, Inc. maintains and operates group homes providing residential housing and services to low income persons with disabilities under Section 811 of the National Affordable Housing Act. The Corporation is comprised of two (6 unit) group homes located in Columbia, Maryland. The Corporation is subject to regulations as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and also subject to a Section 8 Project Rental Assistance Contract with HUD.-$58,172
