Mission

The organization's mission is i)to provide affordable housing for persons of limited financial means, the handicapped, and the elderly in residential housing, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities; (ii) to purchase affordable housing residences and properties which have been foreclosed upon, including primarily single family homes foreclosed upon by the united states department of housing and urban development or other entities, and make them available for home ownership by preparing and offering them for rent or resale to homebuyers; (iii)to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of such facilities through any means by which a nonprofit corporation organized under the colorado nonprofit corporation act and tax-exempt under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code is permitted to do so by law.
