Persons who receive, directly or indirectly, a substantial portion of their income from the organization (as employee or as independent contractor) do not serve on any compensation committee nor participate in board or committee decisions setting compensation if no independent committee is established. The executive director is responsible for determining compensation for all other employees. The last compensation review took place in december 2024.”
