Willow Creek Housing, Inc. has applied for and received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") to be treated as a tax exempt entity pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and did not have any unrelated business income for the year ended December 31, 2014. Due to its tax exempt status, Willow Creek Housing, Inc. is not subject to income taxes. Willow Creek Housing, Inc. is required to file and does file tax returns with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Accordingly, these financial statements do not reflect a provision for income taxes and Willow Creek Housing, Inc. has no other tax positions which must be considered for disclosure. The Corporation's Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ending 2011, 2012, and 2013, are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they were filed.

Due to its tax exempt status, Willow Creek Housing, Inc. is not subject to income taxes. Willow Creek Housing, Inc. is required to file and does file tax returns with the IRS and other taxing authorities. Accordingly, these financial statements do not reflect a provision for income taxes and Willow Creek Housing, Inc. has no other tax positions which must be considered for disclosure. The Corporation's Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ending 2011, 2012, and 2013, are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they were filed.
