Part III - Line 3Foresight Affordable Housing of MD, Inc. sold the 207 unit Affordable Housing Community on January 12, 2015. No program services have been provided since that date. Organization is currently awaiting the acquisitoin of another affordable housing community.

Schedule D, Part X, Questions 2:As of December 31, 2016, the Organization did not identify and uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken on an income tax return which would require adjustment to or disclosure in its financial statements. In addition, Foresight Affordable Housing of Maryland, Inc. believes it has not engaged in any activities for wihich its tax-exempt status would not be sustained under Internal Revenue Service examination. Generally, the Organization is potentially subject to IRS Income Tax examinations for three (3) years.
