Mission

The organization provides information, education, and policy help to governments, various community, educational, and business groups, and individuals to help shape effective policies and programs to prevent or reduce the dangerous or illegal misuse by minors of legitimate consumer products, including some produced by its members.

The Council shall provide information, education, and legislative assistance to help communities develop effective policies and comprehensive programs that prevent graffiti vandalism.

Management fees represent amounts paid to ACA under the terms of an agreement for allocated staff time and overhead for management services, office space, and other resources.
