“Member - members have the right to enter any sanctioned use volleyball tournament in any region in the united states except other region's "regional championships". Members hae the right to compete in a high level of well organized volleyball events. Members have a vote in local elections as well as national policy and leadership selection. Members can also participate in coaching, refereeing and scorekeeping clinics and to become a coach or referee upon successful completion of certification process.”
