The form 990 is available to all members of the governing body of the organization as well as the public subsequent to filing and the organization's policy is that all inquiries, if any, are responded.”

A review of the status of potential conflicts of interest with the members of the board of directors and staff is performed annually. Potential transactions and other matters which have been identified as conflicts of interest or may be potential conflicts of interest are re-evaluated for their propriety and shared with other members of the board of directors prior to further action or discontinuance.”
