To unite the Turkish-American and Muslim communities in a common place of worship and religious education center to operate a cultural center with a mosque that provides religious, educational and charitable services.

To unite the Turkish-American community within the Washington, DC metropolitan area in a common place of worship and education center; to maintain a cultural center with a mosque; and to organize events intended to teach and preserve Islam religion and Turkish culture.
