Additional Explanations

Mission - to Increase the Awareness of Physical, Educational

And psychological benefits in participating in school based sports. We continue to inform the community about the educ- ation inequalities and inspire students to choose stem careers and use athletics as a vehicle for success.

Review of 990 Return by Board of Trustees -

Board members are sent the draft copy for their review. A special meeting is called to discuss the 990 and questions of concern are answered. Upon satisfaction of the trustees the 990 return is sent to irs for processing.

Compensation of Officers

At this time all officers and key employees serve in a volunteer capacity, as more funds are raised for the program the board will prepare a compensation for officers.

Part XII - Financial Statements and Reporting

Currently the organizations cash receipts are <$250,000. Upon the revenue exceeeding $250,000, an external audit will be done.
