All interested directors must abstain from voting and, if necessary, leave the room when the vote is taken.”

Annual performance evaluations are completed by immediate supervisors with input from at least one additional senior manager. A salary survey completed by a partner organization to ncse was used to substantiate compensation levels (salary bands). Salary increases were considered for both cola and performance for each employee.”
