Part VI Section B Line 12A There is no written policy for conflict of interest. Board members are expected to disclose any conflict of interests at board meetings. None of our board members have business activities that are related directly or indirectly with the activities of this agency. While some board members who are lawyers will occasionally take a pro bono case of someone in the forter care system, this agency does not provide any ongoing services to any of the clients that might be represented by any board members as legal counsel and to my knowledge we have clients in common at this time.
