The mission of baltimore community lending is supporting the revitalization and strengthening of underserved communities in the greater baltimore region through innovative financial solutions and collaborative resources designed to promote community development.

- Community development lending:provided $350,000 in loan fund commitments under bcl's commercial/multi-family program for development in lmi communities.
- Activity 3
- Community impact program development:continued to consult and develop contracts for the implementation of several programs on behalf of a large local community enterprise. Programs include 1) construction management services for approximately 20 homeowner rehabilitation projects utilizing $2.5 million in grant funds, 2) financial services in support of the relocation of approximately 20 residents in an identified community development area supported by approximately $2 million in grant funds and 3)financial and administrative services associated with the identification of approved homeowners for the acquisition of 12 homes in a major redevelopment area, supported by aproximately $2 million in grant funds.
