Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B: Form 990 Review Process

The CEO and Executive Director will review the audited financial statements and all required filings to the State of Maryland. The amounts and disclosures in the Form 990 will be compared to the audited statements and any differences will be discussed with the CPA prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

At the annual meeting of the Board of Trustess, the board presedient requests that each member submit the annual disclosure statement representing areas of possible conflict or that no such conflicts exist. The disclosure statements are kept on file at the office. Additionally, all potential conflicts of interests will be disclosed in board meetings when matter is being considered.
