“The hud fitness association promotes and supports physical fitness and overall health for federal employees of the us department of housing and urban development by providing an on-site occupational health, physical fitness, athletic and recreational facility for the benefit of its approximately 350 members. Qualified fitness trainers and instructors staff the facility for member support and offer various fitness classes for members.”

“In 2024-2025, the hud fitness association continued its mission by offering a top-notch fitness facility to over 350 employees of the us department of housing and urban development and related agencies. Certified fitness instructors offer members one-on-one training, specialty health and fitness programs, health assessments and planning, and over 1,000 hours of group exercise classes. The board of directors and fitness facility management encourage member suggestions for improving their facility with annual "help us help you" member surveys. Implementation of members suggestions are discussed and planned at board of director's meetings, and have included improvements to cleaning and repair, new selections of group exercise classes, frequency of group exercise classes, and new exercise equipment. Hud fitness association takes pride in its support of member health and safety, and its reponsiveness to member needs while offering an excellent on-site fitness facility for federal employees.”
