Significant changes included clarifying the description of the organization's current educational and charitable purposes and mission of serving unemployed, underemployed, students, and low-income persons; updating the authorized composition of the board of directors and staggering terms of office of directors; modernizing procedures for board and board committee meetings; and clarifying delegations of corporate authority.”

“The form 990 was prepared by the outside accountants and reviewed by senior management. A copy of the final form 990 was provided to the full board of directors prior to filing with the irs.”

The deliberations and decisions of the executive committee were documented in the meeting minutes. The salaries for other officers and key employees are determined by the ceo. The last salary reviews took place in july 2018.”
