(c)to develop and maintain standards of safety performance within the laser display industry. (d)to promote a better understanding between display professionals and federal regulatory agencies such as fda, center for devices and radiological health (cdrh). (e)to foster and promote the development of new technology within the industry and the advancement of laser artistry. (f)to promote activities aimed at enabling laser display professionals to serve the entertainment and communications industries with greater efficiency. (g)to advance ethical dealings with one another and the public by establishing a code of ethics for the laser display industry. (h)to encourage better understanding among the members of the laser display industry, as well as the general public, with a view toward raising the industry as a whole to higher standard of performance.”
