Mission and Program Overview

Mission

DCFC's primary purpose is to support the monthly 504 debenture sales for the SBA job creation program. It accomplishes this through its role as the sole member/owner of the LLC that is subcontracted to the fiscal agent responsible for the sale of the certificates (debentures) sold to fund the SBA 504 Loan Program. DCFC also organizes and hosts periodic educational programs on the 504 program.

The certificates are guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration and are sold to investors through two underwriters.
