“The executive committee will consist of a chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer, legal counsel ("counsel"), three at-large members and, if so, approved by a majority of the board, the past chair. In 2023, the chair was david moran, the vice chair was rachel hartman, the secretary was susan norton, and the treasurer was allan perraud. The at large members were lizette corro, karyn le blanc and emeka moneme. The board will elect the three at-large members from directors who have a) served on the board for at least a year; and b) been recommended by the governance committee. The board can, with the approval of all directors, waive this one-year requirement. All members of the executive committee, except the counsel and the past chair, may vote on executive committee resolutions. The executive committee is responsible for overseeing the president and staff in the day-to-day management of the corporation. The executive committee will set dates and locations for meetings and its own meetings.”
