“The organization's bylaws were amended effective april 26, 2019 as follows: the board of directors shall consist of the chair, vice-chair, immediate past chair, secretary, treasurer and eleven additional directors. The board of directors shall consist of individuals representing niso member organizations, either voting or non-voting members. Directors actively serving on the board of directors but who are no longer affiliated with a niso member organization may serve out the remainder of their term, subject to executive committee approval, but may not stand for re-election unless they regain a member affiliation.”

Nfais was dissolved of its corporate existence effective june 30, 2019.”
