Help and emergency response, inc. Is a not-for-profit organization, which is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code. The organization has evaluated the effect of gaap guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes that became effective this year. Management believes that the organization continues to satisfy the requirements of a tax-exempt organization and therefore had no uncertain income tax positions at june 30, 2021.
