“Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and a draft copy is provided to the Organization's senior staff, outside general counsel and all board members for review. All comments after reviews are compiled and discussed with the CPA firm for editing. After edits are made, the final version of Form 990 is provided to the President, Treasurer, and Management Committee for final review. Once reviewed, the President is provided the final 990 for signature and filing.”
