“The organization merged, effective september 1, 2013, with the children's museum of richmond, a irc 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (ein 51-0220694) whose main office is located at 2626 west broad street, richmond, va 23220. Both organizations are concerned with the care and development of children and the family. After detailed review, including grant and expense considerations, it was determined that by merging the commonwealth parenting programs into the children's museum of richmond framwork, the commumnity would be better served and more children and families could be reached. A copy of the merger aggreement between the two nonprofit organizations is attached.”
