Since the inception, the chatham little leauge has operated as a not-for-profit organization that forms teams within age divisions. Boys and girls between the ages of 5-16 participate on the teams. The chatham little league has become an effective service organization to the youth and the parents of the community.”

“As describe in the organization's primary exempt purpose above, the chatham little league provides youth recreational activities to boys and girls between the ages of 5 - 16 years. The activities are both baseball and softball activities. Enrollment is open to all youths in the community between the above ages stated. The structure of the chatham little league is outlined by the little league baseball incorporated, located in williamsport pa, and a community-based board of directors. In additon, volunteers within the community assists in the functions needed to effectively run the organization for the sole purpose of the children participating.”
