"HER" MEETS THE MEDICAL, THERAPEUTIC AND REHABILITATIVE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS USING AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM APPROACH INCORPORATING MEDICAL MANAGEMENT AND THERAPIES IN AN EFFORT TO RESTORE INDIVIDUAL QUALITY OF LIFE TO AS HIGH A DEGREE OF NORMALCY AS POSSIBLE. TREATMENT IS STRUCTURED TO REDUCE PATIENT DEPENDENCY ON OTHERS AND TO PROMOTE SELF-HELP AND INDEPENDENCE. "HER" IS PART OF THE CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT BEGINS WITH ACUTE HOSPITAL CARE AND CONTINUES THROUGH VARIOUS POST-ACUTE VENUES. "HER" HAS 35 LICENSED BEDS AND PROVIDED 8,802 DAYS OF CARE DURING THE YEAR ENDED 5/31/12. OF THE 8,802 DAYS OF CARE, 204 DAYS WERE PROVIDED AS CHARITY.
