THE ENTITY WAS FINANCED THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD") UNDER SECTION 221(D)(4) OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT AND CONSISTS OF 15 UNITS.
