FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION

To promote american manufacturing jobs and the export of u.s. Goods and services by supporting the mandates, policies and programs of federal government trade and export promotion agencies, including the export- import bank of the united states, the overseas private investment corporation (opic), the u.s. Trade and development agency and the international trade administration within the department of commerce. Our objective is for these agencies to provide a level of support that enables all u.s. Exporters to compete on a level playing field with their international competitors, so as to maximize u.s. Job creation in the export sector of the economy. Also, promoted world bank procurement reform for goods and services related to their development projects.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

For the last 2 years, engaged full time in the broad gauged effort to reopen the export-import bank and make it fully functioning so that it is able to provide funding and guarantees to support export transactions; have worked with the new administration for them to support the mandates of the bank, tda and opic within the export promotion space. Have led educational efforts within the u.s. Trade agencies to assist them in understanding the competitive climate for u.s. Exporters and promoted policies within u.s. Treasury that promote u.s. Exporter competitiveness: have also promoted changes to government policies which serve to undercut u.s. Exporter competitiveness. Also, represent u.s. Exporting community each year before the oecd working group on export credits regarding common approaches of export credit agencies around the world.
