Olson, P.C. law firm for shares of the fees and expenses incurred in the preparation and filing of 32 amicus briefs regarding various public policy issues of concern to the organization. William J. Olson, who serves as a director of the organization, is the President of the William J. Olson, P.C. law firm.”

“The organization amended the corporate purposes in its Articles of Incorporation to reflect more fully its legal defense and educational activities as described herein, and as previously reported on its IRS 2002 Form 990, 2003 Form 990, and 2004 Form 990, after which the organization was entitled to file IRS Forms 990-N, as follows: "Section 1: The objects and purposes for which the Corporation is exclusively organized and shall operate are: to defend limitations on government provided for in the United States and state constitutions as well as in natural law and common law; to protect rights recognized and protected in the United States and state constitutions, including the right of individuals to make their own healthcare choices, to the free exercise of religion, and to participate fully in the affairs of this Constitutional Republic; to support traditional, family, and Biblical values through research, education, briefing, litigation, and assisting and working with other organizations which qualify as organizations tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3), or successor Section of the Internal Revenue Code which share the same goals."”
