The board of directors decided in june 2011 to begin the process of liquidation. The company began ceasing its program services and distributing assets during 2012. All services had ceased and the company was fully liquidated as of december 31, 2013.

Asset transfers to augusta health care, inc. -167,412. Asset transfers to rockingham memorial hospital -135,456. Asset transfers to shenandoah memorial hospital -5,000. Asset transfers to page memorial hospital -5,000. Asset transfers to warren memorial hospital -5,000.

Part XII Financial Statements and Reporting

For the year ended december 31, 2011 and prior years the annual financial statements were audited by independent certified public accountants. These audits were overseen by the board of directors. The board of this organization decided in june 2011 to begin the process of liquidation. For the four month period ended april 30, 2012 the independent certified public accountants compiled financial statements and performed certain agreed-upon procedures. The results of the compilation and agreed-upon procedures were reported to the board on may 22, 2012. After april 30, 2012 shenandoah shared hospital services and a related organization valiance health, llc no longer employ an internal accounting staff. Subsequent to april 30, receipts are deposited and disbursements are initiated by the organizations law firm with the appoval the executive committee of the board. The accounting transactions are now recorded by the certified public accountants and the certified public accountants compiled the financial statements for the years ended december 31,2013 and 2012. The services provided by the certified public accountants are overseen by the board.

SUBSEQUENT TO APRIL 30, RECEIPTS ARE DEPOSITED AND DISBURSEMENTS ARE INITIATED BY THE ORGANIZATIONS LAW FIRM WITH THE APPOVAL THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD. THE ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS ARE NOW RECORDED BY THE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS AND THE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS COMPILED THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEARS ENDED DECEMBER 31,2013 AND 2012. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS ARE OVERSEEN BY THE BOARD.
