“The board of directors shall be elected at the annual meeting or at a a special meeting of the members for that purpose. Election shall be by majority vote of the chamber members present at the annual meeting, according to the class of directorship for which each candidate stands. Any person, association, corporation, limited liability partnership or company, or other form or trade association actively engaged in commerce, trade and profession may subscribe for membership. Members must apply for membership and pay a membership fee. Honary members are granted all privileges of the membership without the payment of dues by the board of directors. Honorary memberships are awarded to persons who have a record of distinguished service to the chamber, and the business community. The honorary menmbership may be revoked at any time for any reason.”
