“The Executive Committee is made up of 3 Officers or Directors dsignated by the Board of Directors. The Executive Committee may exercise all the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the Organization, during the intervals between meetings of the Board. This authority is limited as required by law, the Organization's Bylaws, or resolution of the Board. The Executive Committee may also formulate, and recommend to the Board for approval, general policies regarding the management of the affairs of the Organization.”
