International Test and Evaluation

“The organization contracted with three part-time professionals, with over 50 years of experience between them, to manage the day-to-day duties previously performed by a full-time Executive Director. In 2024, they continued to maintain all the responsibilities and functions of managing the association. They aid in such areas as fundraising, management, knowledge of business processes, communication, and planning and executing events to include workshops, symposia and training, as well as facilitate and execute revenue building opportunities. They provide advice, guidance, direction and authorization in carrying out the major duties of the organization consistent with established organizational policies. Together, in partnership with the Board of Directors, they review operating results, evaluate the effectiveness of programs, and develop creative and innovative methods to improve the delivery of the organization's products and services to current and prospective members, effectively fulfilling the role of Executive Director of ITEA.”

“ITEA currently has 1,070 members, encompassing both individual professionals and corporate member representatives.”

“The Form 990 will be prepared by Quist & Associates and reviewed by the Executive Committee. Upon final review, the Executive Committee will provide a copy to the Board of Directors, circulated electronically before filing. It will be presented to the Directors as an informational item at the next regularly scheduled meeting. A copy of the Final 990 was provided to each Board Member prior to it being submitted to the IRS.”

“Board Members acknowledge that they have read and understood the Conflict of Interest Policy and must disclose any relationships that could give rise to conflict. If a conflict does occur during their term, the information is escalated to the Board President and Executive Committee for their review and consideration if the infraction merits further action or removal from the Board.”

“The board's standing Ways and Means committee made up of independent persons review the compensation plan and conducts necessary comparisons within the industry. They bring this forward to the Executive Committee for final decision.”

“ITEA is a member-based organization with just over 1,000 members. We have 20 regional chapters in the US and Internationally, covering all our members. The Chapters are in place to encourage local events - meetings, workshops, etc. where the Test & Evaluation professionals can gather to discuss challenges and solutions within the community. Our non-US community includes less than 50 individual members. ITEA does not maintain offices, employees, or other agents internationally. Two international chapters are considered active.”
