Conference expenses for in-person meeting (3 times per year)

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20

Line 20 Adjustment ($9,085.64): This adjustment is made to reconcile the beginning-of-year net assets with the prior year's reported ending balance. Although the prior year return (9/1/2023 - 8/31/2024) indicated a cash basis of accounting, the figures reported included an accrual-basis accounts payable of $9,085.64 in error (Check #181, dated 9/5/2023). This adjustment 'adds back' that amount to reflect the actual cash on hand at the start of the current period and ensures the expense is correctly accounted for under the organization's consistent use of the cash method.
